Environmental Policy Turf Force owns, operates, manages and maintains a turf farm producing high quality turf grass for golf courses, sports stadiums, playing fields, parks, residential estates and government projects. Located on 10000 acres of land we see the environment as a core value.We are committed to proactively managing our interaction with the environment by establishing standards of sound environmental management that meet the community’s expectations. To achieve this we will: Identify and manage environmental aspects within our operations and apply best practice principles to ensure pollution prevention and the conservation of natural resources; Constantly strive to achieve continual improvement in our environmental performance by making business decisions that work towards sustainable outcomes; Meet and, where appropriate, exceed the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulations and other requirements to which we subscribe; Utilise the environmental management system framework to plan, document, measure and monitor environmental performance including setting and assessing environmental objectives and targets and conducting periodic reviews to report on progress; Continue to recognise the environmental, recreational and social significance turf has within the community; Openly communicate this policy to all employees, contractors, regulators and other stakeholders and make this policy available to the general public and local community; Foster an environmentally responsible attitude within our organisation by providing appropriate training and competent assessments Ensure all those who work for or on behalf of Turf Force aspire to our expected standards of environmental performance and behaviour. To maintain our awareness of all relevant laws and regulations whilst ensuring the best environmental practices are used Turf Force is affiliated with relevant government agencies including; The Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Primary Industries. Turf Force is also members of the Queensland Association of Landscape Industries, Turf Producers International, Turf Producers Australia, and Turf Producers Queensland.

Quality Assurance Policy Turf Force is a producer and supplier of premium quality turf products and services to both residential and commercial facilities. We are committed to providing the highest quality goods and services at exceptionally competitive prices within strict time frames to all our customers.  The following list provides an overview of the standards Turf Force adheres to;     Turf products - Turf Force produces and supplies A grade premium quality turf products. Our turf varieties are given an extensive amount of care and up-keep through stringent watering and fertilising practices ensuring that the A grade quality is consistently sustained.   Maintenance – Premium maintenance services are conducted on all our turf products, ensuring that the finest quality turf is produced and supplied. Our products are given consistent treatment applications including yearly aeration and scalping services along with all the respective chemical treatments ensuring pests, weeds and diseases are kept at bay.   Cutting and Supplying -   Turf is cut to specifications and is guaranteed to suit our customer’s needs. When supplying turf maximum care is taken to insure that the turf leaves from the Turf Force farm and arrives to our customers in paramount condition. The consistency of our delivered product is maintained through proper packaging techniques and transport procedures.   Laying – Our highly experienced laying teams have the right ability in being able to quickly and professionally lay our turf products having them look to their highest standard.   Equipment – Turf Forces’ machinery is cleaned on a regular basis so that the possibilities of contamination are significantly limited rest assuring to our customers that the products that they will be receiving are of the best quality. Proper maintenance and service procedures of all machinery ensures that our Turf products are maintained and supplied to specifications.   Aftercare service – Turf Force takes a lot of pride in the work that it conducts and guarantees that the final job will be completed to the desired specification. In the unlikely circumstance that a job is not up to a customer’s standard Turf Force will rectify the situation immediately.
