Why does my artificial grass smell even after hosing it?
Because the bacteria causing the smell lives in the infill layer ā below the surface where hosing can't reach. Hosing disperses it temporarily. Our foam treatment kills it at the source.
Will the smell come back after treatment?
Not if the source is removed. Odour only returns if contamination re-establishes ā which is why a preventative schedule every 2ā3 months keeps it gone permanently.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Yes ā child and pet safe disinfectant only. Safe to use the area again the same day once dry. No harsh chemicals.
How long does the service take?
